How to prevent burnt food from sticking to your non-stick pan
Non-stick pans, as is suggested by the name, are usually made to prevent foods from sticking to the surface of the pan. However, every once in a while you will find your non-stick pan also having food items stuck to it. The worst part of it all is when the food inside gets burnt and sticks to the surface of the pan.
While these homemade solutions and commercial products should help in effectively removing the burnt food from your non-stick pan, there must be some method to prevent this from happening?
Well, there is one thing you could try. You can add a bit of oil to the surface of dry foods before you place it into the non-stick pan. Another thing you could alternatively try is to add some hot oil to the surface of your non-stick pan before you start cooking. This should get the surface slightly lubricated and prevent foods from sticking to it, and thus, burning and sticking to the pan.
